Corporations and Insolvency
Recent years have seen litigation arising out of large corporate collapses, frequent use of schemes of arrangement in insolvency, reinsurance and takeover situations, and a regular flow of matters under the Corporations Act. A number of members of the Floor have experience across these areas, particularly in the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of New South Wales Equity Division.
