Chambers and Partners award Banco Chambers Band 1 ranking for dispute resolution

Banco Chambers has been recognised as a leading source of expertise for dispute resolution in Australia, having received a Band 1 ranking in the dispute resolution category from Chambers & Partners in its 2018 Guide. 

Chambers & Partners noted Banco Chambers has "some of Australia's leading junior barristers, in addition to a core of established and respected silks. Especially well resourced when it comes to providing advice or advocacy on competition, equity, or public law issues, it is also home to barrister with significant expertise in the areas of defamation, insolvency, and taxation. A substantial majority of the set posses appellate experience and more than half have acted as arbitration counsel in both domestic and international cases."

Robert Newlinds SC - Dispute Resolution, Restructuring/Insolvency (Band 1) - described as a "very good counsel and a very effective cross-examiner with a robust style."

Farid Assaf - Dispute Resolution - noted for his "excellent attention to detail, preparation and strategy."
