Christopher Tran joins Banco Chambers

We are pleased to announce that Christopher Tran has joined Banco Chambers.

Chris was called to the Bar in 2014 in Victoria but is now based in Sydney and accepts briefs nationally. He has a wide ranging trial and appellate practice and has significant unled advocacy experience, including in:

Administrative and public law;
Commercial law;
Competition law;
Employment law and industrial relations;
Constitutional law; and
Criminal law

He has appeared in the High Court, in intermediate appellate courts and at trial level in various jurisdictions, including in jury trials.

Before coming to the Bar, Chris was an associate to Justice Hayne of the High Court and a solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with the Supreme Court Prize and eight subject prizes, and also holds a Master of Laws from Harvard University.
