New opinion on climate change risk published

Banco Chambers' Climate Change Practice Group continues to be active publishing on climate related business risks. Most recently, Sebastian Hartford Davis, together with Zoe Bush of the Environmental Defenders Office, published an opinion commissioned by Pollination Law on nature-related risks and directors' duties.

The opinion discusses whether directors who fail to consider nature-related risks could be found liable for breaching their directors duties.

The opinion adds to work already underway in greenwashing matters involving Banco Chambers barristers Robert Dick SC, Sebastian Hartford Davis and Jerome Entwisle.
