NSW Supreme Court issues new practice note for matters in the professional negligence list

The New South Wales Supreme Court has issued a new practice note for the case management of matters in its Professional Negligence List. The Practice Note, which is effective from 1 June 2020, introduces significant changes to the way matters in the list will be run. It is important for all practitioners who have work in the list to be aware of what has changed. You can see the Practice Note here.
