Ruth Higgins SC appointed to the Takeovers Panel

Last Friday the Commonwealth Government announced the appointment of Ruth Higgins SC to the Takeovers Panel. The Panel is a peer review body comprised of takeover experts appointed to serve as the main forum for resolving disputes in takeovers.

Ruth joins fellow Banco colleague John Sheahan KC as a Takeovers Panel member and together they comprise two of the four barrister members on the 53 person panel.
