Beata accepts briefs in all areas of law. She has a particular interest in commercial law, competition and consumer law and public law.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Beata worked as an Associate at Allens in the disputes and investigations team and was Associate to the Hon Justice Mark Leeming at the NSW Court of Appeal. She has also worked as a sessional academic tutor at the University of Sydney.
Beata holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University, where she studied on the Charles B Bretzfelder Constitutional Law Scholarship, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney.
