Danielle is an experienced junior counsel with a diverse practice in both commercial and public law. Danielle appears in commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, competition and consumer law matters, public and administrative law proceedings and matters raising questions of international law.
Before coming to the Bar, Danielle practised as a solicitor at the Australian Government Solicitor (including in the Constitutional Litigation Unit) and was Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth (Stephen Gageler SC and then Justin Gleeson SC).
Danielle’s expertise has been recognised by the Doyles Guide (2023, 2022 and 2021), in which she is listed as a leading public and administrative law junior barrister in Australia and also by her inclusion as a Tier 2 Leading Junior in Competition in the Legal 500 Guide 2023 and also in the Doyles Guide (2024, 2023) as recommended junior counsel in competition law.
