
Danielle has a broad practice in commercial, public and regulatory law, including competition and consumer law, administrative and constitutional law, civil penalty proceedings, energy and climate regulation, intellectual property, international law and arbitration. Danielle provides advice across a wide range of legal areas, and appears led and unled in trials, applications, appeals and arbitral proceedings.
Recent matters in which Danielle has appeared, or is appearing, include:
Before coming to the Bar, Danielle was a solicitor at the Australian Government Solicitor, including in the Constitutional Litigation Unit, and was also Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General of the Commonwealth. In the role of Counsel Assisting, Danielle appeared as junior counsel in the High Court and assisted with the drafting of advices provided by the Solicitor-General to government on a wide range of matters.
