Geoff accepts briefs in all areas of law. He has a particular interest in equity, trusts, maritime and aviation.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Geoff was a Senior Associate at Corrs Chambers Wesgarth in its Restructuring, Insolvency and Special Situations practice group, where he worked on a variety of commercial disputes and class actions relating to equity, trusts, major torts and financial services. In 2021-2023, he was an Associate to the Hon Justice Stewart in the Federal Court of Australia.
Prior to commencing legal practice, Geoff lectured in Equity & Trusts and Administrative Law at the University of New South Wales. Geoff holds a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy and Germanic Studies) from the University of Sydney, a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Civil Law and a Master of Philosophy in Law from the University of Oxford.
