Grace is a highly regarded and experienced junior, specialising in commercial and public law. She appears both led and unled in trials, appeals and contested interlocutory hearings, as well as in arbitrations seated domestically and overseas.
Prior to being called to the Bar, Grace was an Associate to the Hon Robert French, then Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia, and a senior solicitor at Gilbert + Tobin. She has also worked as a lecturer in administrative, commercial and corporate law at the Australian National University.
Grace received her Master of Laws from New York University, where she studied as the recipient of a John Monash Scholarship and a Hauser Global Scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University, graduating with numerous prizes including first place in law and first place in honours in law.
