Banco barristers Jerome Entwisle and Sebastian Hartford Davis are members of the NSW Bar Association’s Climate Change Committee. The Committee has organised two important and interesting CPDs which are open to all.
The first CPD is on 22 October at 5.30pm in the Federal Court, Sydney on Climate Change and Refugee Law. Prof Jane McAdam AO is presenting with Chief Justice Mortimer chairing. Prof McAdam is the Scientia Professor of Law and Director of the Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law at UNSW
The second CPD is on 18 November at 5.30pm in the Banco Court, NSW Supreme Court, on the Legal and Scientific Aspects of Causation and Climate Change. It will be presented by the Hon James Allsop AC with the Hon Robert French AC as interlocutor for the session.
