Zoe accepts briefs in all areas of law. She has particular expertise in climate change law.
Before coming to the Bar, Zoe was a senior solicitor at the Environmental Defenders Office. In that capacity, she advised and acted in corporate and consumer law matters arising in the context of climate change. She was also a solicitor at the WA State Solicitor’s Office and an Associate in the Federal Court of Australia.
David accepts briefs in all areas of law, including family law. David has experience in commercial law, competition law and white collar crime, corporations, insolvency and public examinations, general equity, insurance and wills and estates.
Before being called to the Bar, David was a Senior Associate in Arnold Bloch Leibler’s dispute resolution and litigation practice in Sydney. He was the Equity Researcher to Justice Bergin, Chief Judge in Equity at the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
