Her recent work includes appearing in the Federal Court in a misleading and deceptive conduct case against a major gas producer concerning its net zero and clean energy claims; appearing in a High Court appeal arising from the judicial review of a mining development approval; and a nuisance class action concerning land contamination arising from mining activity.

Zoe practises widely and also appeared for the non-executive directors of Star Entertainment Group in the breach of director’s duties case brought by ASIC. She also currently acts for a major technology company in a privately brought competition case in the Federal Court of Australia.
