Myles Pulsford

Myles is a sought after junior barrister in a broad spectrum of matters that call upon his specialist expertise in constitutional law, administrative law, and statutory construction. His case load includes commercial litigation, regulatory proceedings, judicial review proceedings, intermediate and High Court appeals, and proceedings in the original jurisdiction in the High Court of Australia.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Myles was Counsel Assisting the Solicitor General and Crown Advocate of New South Wales and a Senior Solicitor at the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office in the Government Law and Constitutional and Administrative Law practice groups. Myles was also the Researcher/Judicial Clerk to the then President of the NSW Court of Appeal, Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC.

Myles holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons I) from the University of Sydney and a Masters of Laws from New York University, where he studied as the recipient of a Hauser Global Scholarship.
